HB2005 HFA Perry, Moye & Pushkin #1 2-9

            Delegates Perry, Moye and Pushkin moves to amend the bill on page 36, section 1b, line 59, following the semi-colon, by inserting a new paragraph (2), to read as follows:

            “(2) A requirement that a vacancy has to be advertised for a ten day period, and if no qualified traditional certified teacher applies, only then may the partnership consider enrolling as person in the alternative program;”

            And,

            Renumbering the subsequent paragraphs accordingly.
